HOLISTIC HEALTH IS A JOURNEY


Annual medical check up report from Adventist Penang.
Overall result: B-

Let's drink a lot of plain water every day!

Back to sunnah. Lessen portion of each meal, eat lotsa fruits.
Stay away from sweeeeet unhealthy snacks!

Walk 10,000 steps a day!

Monitor weight every once in a while.

p/s: Menjaga kesihatan juga satu ibadah in shaa Allah..
